Abstract*: Darstellung der hydromorphologisch sehr guten oder sehr sensiblen Gewässerstrecken laut Anlage 1 der Verordnung des Bundesministers für Land und Forstwirtschaft, Umwelt und Wasserwirtschaft über die Anerkennung der im Rahmenplan Tiroler Oberland dargestellten wasserwirtschaftlichen Ordnung als öffentliches Interesse (BGBl. II Nr. 274/2014). Die Verordnung legt den Rahmen für eine ökologisch verträgliche Wasserkraftnutzung als künftige wasserwirtschaftliche Ordnung im Planungsgebiet Tiroler Oberland fest. Das Tiroler Oberland umfasst die Einzugsgebiete des Inn von der Staatsgrenze zur Schweiz bis Innsbruck einschließlich der Mündung der Sill.
